Ghadeer Mohamed Badr Eldin is a Professor of Human Resource Management and currently serves as the Dean of the School of Business at Zewail City of Science and Technology. With a distinguished career in academia and leadership, Prof. Badr brings a wealth of experience in both teaching and administration to her role.

Before joining Zewail City, she served as the Postgraduate Studies Program Director at Nile University, where she played a key role in developing and leading graduate programs that emphasize academic rigor and real-world relevance. She also held the position of Acting Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research at Future University in Egypt, contributing to the advancement of research initiatives and the strategic development of graduate-level programs.

As Dean of the School of Business at Zewail City, she leads a dynamic and innovative institution committed to shaping future business leaders who are equipped to thrive in an ever-evolving global economy.
